NATURAL PLAYGROUND

Bethel is host to a natural playground on the southwest side of our property adjacent to our backyard and bordered by 16th Avenue South. We created this play area to make it easier for parents, educators, and all caregivers of children to raise kids the way nature intended— with an awareness of the natural world. Nature provides us with so many things that kids instinctively find fun and interesting to climb on and to play on, that this felt to us like a great fit for Bethel's yard. With the help of a local Boy Scout Troop, this site was researched, designed, and built a few years ago.
